I made the big decision this year to give up alcohol for good. I made it to about 45 days sober at the end of last year. It started as an experiment to see how I would feel. I did notice some changes. I wasn’t waking up groggy even though my sleep schedule didn’t change. And of course I saved money by not buying so much alcohol. I also found some motivation to do the things I hadn’t in a while, such as creating digital products, working on my training business, making content, etc. I’m excited to see what benefits I will see this time around as I stay sober longer.
